Michiganaviation.org was the website of a non-profit, private corporation known as The Michigan Aviation Hall of Fame. It was incorporated in 1987 lead by the Swan Electric Co. President Herb Swan of Gaylord and a dedicated group of pilots and aviation enthusiasts. The organization has autonomy from any state government control. It has 24 members on the Board of Trustees. The six elected officers - President, Vice President for Administration, Vice President for Enshrinement, Vice President for Nominations, Secretary and Treasurer are serving Trustees and elected annually by the Trustees. Our annual income comes from member dues and contributions. The MAHF business office is located in the Bureau of Aeronautics building at Lansing Capital City Airport, Lansing, Michigan.
